The short version
- £85 an hour including VAT, with a two-hour minimum (£170), then in 15-minute steps. Parts at cost.
- We hold £170 on your card when you book. You see and confirm the total before we take anything.
- Cancelling is free until a firefighter accepts, £25 once they have set off, and not possible once they are with you.
- You confirm you live at the property or have the right to let us in.
