The short version
- We collect what we need to get you back in: your name, mobile, email, address and a photo of the problem.
- Your firefighter photographs your ID at the door, to prove we let in the right person. Only Lockfighter sees it, and it is deleted after 12 months.
- Your card is handled by Stripe. We never see the number.
- We see your firefighter's location only while they are driving to you.
